Muskrat Dam Muskrat Dam

Muskrat Dam is a remote First Nation community of approximately 300 people. We are located in North Western Ontario on the Severn River. The people here are Oji-Cree with the majority still speaking the Anishiniimowin Language.

Families are flown into the community. From the minute you get here we have client passenger vans to get you to the centre and throughout the community.

LakeviewOutdoor Facilities

The Treatment Centre overlooks Blackwater Bay on the Severn River. For our outdoor faciliities we have a tradiitional tipi that we use for outdoor cooking and gatherings. We also have canoeing, fishing and other outdoor activities available.

Hunters FestivalWhile staying in the Treatmnet program referrals can expect to particiapte in a number of events both at the Centre and in the community. These events include:
